Responsibilities include ensuring smooth patient flow, greeting and escorting patients, reconciling medications, and performing point-of-care tests such as strep, urine, and glucose testing.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or Medical Assistant Certification.
  • Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
  • Knowledge of reagent stability, testing procedures, and EMR systems.
  • Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Experience in clinical or customer service settings preferred.
  • Associate degree or higher is a plus.
