Job Summary: Supports the healthcare team in office examinations and procedures by managing patient flow, documenting screening data, and assisting with patient and family education and communication with the healthcare team.

Clinic Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
  • Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
  • Saturday: 9:00 am - 12:30 pm

Our goal is to keep your child well and thriving through comprehensive care from birth to adolescence, including same-day access linked to complete medical records for continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient flow and clinic operations by maintaining supplies and equipment.
  • Identify resources to meet healthcare needs.
  • Assist with clinical procedures per standards.
  • Document patient screening data.
  • Support patient and family education.

Technical Capabilities:

  • Planning & Organizing: Anticipate resource needs, prioritize tasks, and organize work effectively.
  • Clinical Competencies: Assist with vital signs, phlebotomy, specimen collection, medication administration, and point-of-care testing.
  • Environment of Care: Set up and maintain exam rooms and supplies.
  • Clinical Documentation: Work with clinical applications for patient records.
