Job description

Position
  • Medical Assistant / Patient Support Associate, Orthopedics
Pay Range
  • Hourly Pay Range: $17.50 - $28.84. The offered rate depends on experience and expertise.
  • Note: Endeavor Health is reviewing compensation; starting May 2025, the minimum will be $19.89/hour.
Location and Schedule
  • Location: Skokie, IL
  • Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:45 am - 4:30 pm
  • Travel: Lakeview Clinic 1-2 days/month
Responsibilities
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, collect co-payments, complete patient registration, greet patients, document vital signs, verify insurances, provide front office support, perform basic vitals, and assist with phlebotomy and injections as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; medical assisting program preferred but not required.
  • CPR certification required; Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
  • Minimum one year of work experience; previous medical office experience preferred.
