Christie Clinic in Arthur, IL is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant/Patient Service Representative Specialist for Family Medicine. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner and gather feedback.
• Handle high volume calls, schedule appointments, and manage check-in.
• Verify demographics and insurance information; apply co-pays as needed.
• Maintain provider schedules and prepare exam rooms with necessary instruments.
• Enter patient data into the electronic medical record and manage chart prep.
• Assist providers with procedures; educate patients on medications and care.
