We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our medical staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. Responsibilities

  • Handle patient phone calls and text messages promptly and professionally, ensuring clear and compassionate communication.
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage follow-up communications.
  • Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Record patient histories and vital signs accurately.
  • Administer medications as directed by physicians or nurse practitioners.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with confidentiality regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.
