Neighborhood Health Center seeks a patient-focused Medical Assistant to support a busy primary care clinic in Portland. The role emphasizes compassionate care, accurate charting, and efficient patient flow in a PCMH environment.

You will collect vitals, assist with screenings, and enter data into the EHR under supervision. The ideal candidate completes an accredited MA program, is fluent enough in Spanish to assist diverse patients, and can thrive in a fast-paced clinic with EPIC EHR

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of an accredited medical assistant program is required.
• Spanish language ability strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Take and record vital signs and perform CLIA waived lab tests.
• Prepare exam rooms and greet patients in a professional manner.
• Input patient information into the EHR accurately and timely.
• Assist providers with in-office procedures and injections.
