Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Medical Assistant to greet patients, perform intake tasks, and support clinicians across examinations and minor procedures. You will help with vital signs, charting, and basic lab work in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Ideal candidates have MA training and certification, with experience in EHRs and patient communication. This role may require some travel between local clinics and occasional extended hours to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant educational program or related health science studies.
• Active MA certification (AMA/NCCT/AMT/NHA/AAMA) preferred or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, and health history collection.
• Support physicians during examinations and minor procedures.
• Assist with immunizations, injections, and phlebotomy as needed.
• Conduct onsite basic lab tests (EKG, glucose, urine tests) and document results.
• Maintain clean and welcoming examination rooms and provide patient-centric service.
