Bookmark Medical in Brighton, MA is seeking a Medical Assistant to join a provider-centered team delivering patient-focused care. You will welcome and room patients, take vitals and medical histories, support exam providers, perform point-of-care testing and administer vaccines under supervision, and keep precise documentation in the EHR.

Ideal candidates have accredited MA training or equivalent experience, MA certification (reimbursed if needed), and at least 1 year of healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Accredited MA training or equivalent experience.
• MA certification (or willingness to obtain, wewillreimburse for your certification)
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Comfort working in a fast paced, patient centered environment

Responsibilities

• Welcome and room patients with warmth and professionalism
• Take vitals, update medical histories, and support providers during exams
• Perform point of care testing and administer vaccines under supervision
• Keep accurate, timely documentation in the EHR
• Support patient education, follow ups, and clear communication
• Help manage calls, referrals, prior authorizations, and scheduling
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and follow all safety guidelines
