Pines Health Services, located in Fort Fairfield, is seeking a Medical Assistant for per-diem coverage. The role supports patient care, screens calls for providers, and assists with procedures. Certification as CMA/RMA preferred; BLS required.

Typical duties include recording patient data in EMR, maintaining exam rooms, and coordinating tests. Mon-Fri availability with flexible hours; pay range is $18.00–$28.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• MA Certification CMA/RMA preferred.
• Current BLS through American Heart Association.
• Phlebotomy training may be required or provided.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with patients, providers, and staff professionally.
• Record vital signs and patient data in EMR.
• Provide patient education on medications as needed.
• Assist providers with procedures and testing.
• Prepare and sterilize exam rooms and instruments.
• Relate prescriptions to pharmacists and communicate results.
