Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; CMA cert/licensure required.
• Current BLS, PEARS/ACLS certifications.
• Phlebotomy course and phlebotomy experience preferred; IV certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills patient care responsibilities as assigned, including assisting physician and rooming patients.
• Collect specimens, draw blood, and perform injections per provider guidelines.
• Handle clerical tasks: charting, appointments, insurance verification, and patient check-in/out.
