Thisiscny is seeking Medical Assistants to provide clinical, laboratory, and clerical support across inpatient, ambulatory, and laboratory settings. The role includes assisting physicians, preparing patients for procedures, collecting specimens, and performing routine clerical duties such as greeting patients, scheduling, and data entry.

Minimum qualifications include either one year of full-time health-care experience or completion of a medical assistant program.

Formación

• New York State Civil Service eligible or eligible for transfer.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care support in clinical, laboratory and clerical tasks in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Assist physicians and healthcare staff with procedures and specimen collection, processing, and phlebotomy.
• Greet patients, schedule appointments, answer phones, and enter data.
