Qualifications

• Evidence of clinical competencies including vital signs and patient assessment.
• Experience documenting in medical records and coordinating care.
• Strong teamwork and communication with providers and patients.
• BLS certification is required; CMA or RMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs through observation and interview and report to provider.
• Perform clinical tasks such as vital signs, minor procedures, medication refills per protocol.
• Support front office duties as needed and maintain accurate chart documentation.
• Contribute to patient care planning with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain patient charts with confidentiality and timely documentation.
• Support professional development and participate in MA clinical ladder.
