Epiphany Dermatology is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to provide compassionate patient care in a fast-paced dermatology clinic. You will welcome patients, prep exam rooms, and answer care-related questions with professionalism and empathy.

You will assist the provider during procedures, capture visit notes, process prescriptions, and help ensure a smooth and complete appointment. A strong work ethic and teamwork are essential in our supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of a state-approved Medical Assistant program is preferred or considered with extensive experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; we do not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prep patients; assist with care-related questions to enhance the patient experience.
• Support the provider during procedures; document visits and process prescriptions as directed.
• Maintain clinic supplies and equipment; manage room flow and seek efficiency improvements.
• Be a reliable teammate; help keep the clinic organized and promote a positive work environment.
• Contribute to smooth operations and patient care in a fast-paced dermatology setting.
