Epiphany Dermatology is seeking a Medical Assistant who blends clinical skills with compassion to support patients and providers. You will assist during procedures, record visit notes, and manage prescriptions to ensure smooth, high-quality care.

In a fast-paced dermatology setting, you’ll maintain supplies, support exam room flow, and contribute to a positive team environment while prioritizing patient safety and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved Medical Assistant program preferred or considered with extensive experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient experience by welcoming patients and preparing them for visits.
• Assist providers during procedures, document visit notes, fulfill prescriptions, and support smooth appointments.
• Maintain clinic operations, manage supplies and equipment, and optimize workflow for efficiency.
• Be a reliable teammate, keep organized, and contribute to a positive workplace.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
