Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS Certification or CMA preferred or required by some offices.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for patient visits by organizing charts and notes.
• Assist nurses and doctors with basic procedures and care.
• Clean and prepare instruments and rooms after use.
• Answer phones and direct questions about visits or tests.
• Track lab results and assist with basic medical office duties.
