Responsibilities

• Prepares patient and equipment for exams/procedures and maintains exam rooms and clinical area.
• Performs medical history collection and medication refill, per protocol.
• Collects and prepares lab specimens/lab requisitions and schedules referrals/procedures.
• Identifies patient risks and communicates with the nurse or provider.
• Performs clerical duties and provides front office support and customer service.
