Temple-Health seeks a Medical Assistant for a full-time day shift at our pulmonary practice. You will greet patients, register them, and support clinicians with procedures to ensure smooth patient flow.

Responsibilities include administrative tasks, EMR updates, scheduling, and handling payments in accordance with policies. At least a MA program completion is preferred; 1 year of experience is a plus.

Formación

• Graduate from a medical assistant program (certificate or degree).
• Relevant education and experience may substitute for a formal MA program.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register patients, collect demographic and billing information.
• Support physicians and clinical staff and assist with patient procedures.
• Update electronic medical records; perform reception and administrative tasks.
• Schedule appointments and collect payments per cash handling policies.
