MaxHealth in Bradenton is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to support patient care, prepare rooms, assist physicians with exams, and handle front desk duties. This role includes a mix of front and back office tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate thrives in a compassionate, service-oriented setting, can multitask effectively, and has experience with EMR/EHR systems and medical records. Bilingual preferred and phlebotomy experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy and EMR/EHR experience.
• Experience with Medical Records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and triage them on arrival.
• Prepare examination and procedure rooms and assist physician.
• Take histories, vital signs, and measurements.
• Conduct administrative tasks such as scheduling and managing documents.
• Assist with examinations, procedures, and treatments.
