Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program required.
• MA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the clinical care team to deliver the best care for our patients.
• Set up medical equipment, perform tests, administer injections, and collect specimens.
• Interview patients and obtain medical history.
• Measure vital signs and document in the EHR.
• Call in prescriptions and follow up on lab results as directed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and assist with patient education.
