Responsibilities

• Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• Obtains patients’ records as pertinent to the visit.
• Performs intake to include vital signs, patient history information.
• Ensures all patient information is scanned appropriately and the medical record is complete and accurate.
• Transports patients as needed to other areas in the hospital.
• Performs administrative duties including filing, scheduling appointments, insurance verification, and making phone calls.
