The role includes vitals collection, exam preparation, procedure assistance, and EMR documentation, with a focus on effective communication, teamwork, and attention to detail. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current Medical Assistant Certification or Registration or LPN required.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a confidential, safe, and patient-focused environment.
• Responds to patient emergencies in person and via phone.
• Obtains vitals and prepares patients for exams.
• Assists with procedures and maintains sterile fields.
• Documents updates in patient records and EMR.
• Orders labs and coordinates referrals and testing per protocol.
• Provides patient education on care gaps and AVS instructions.
• Coordinates with care teams and pharmacy for medication management.
