Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Medical Assistant for the Springfield, Missouri outpatient clinic. The MA will support providers with direct and indirect patient care, maintain accurate documentation, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; MA Clinic Academy training required.
• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program is preferred.
• One year of outpatient or ambulatory care experience preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required for Hospital Outpatient Departments.
