Qualifications

• Ability to perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, answering calls and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Escorts patients to exam rooms and prepares rooms for examination.
• Measures and records patient vital signs and obtains blood samples as needed.
• Administers administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and answering calls.
• Documents patient information in the EMR and supports MyChart usage.
• Ensures patient privacy under HIPAA and coordinates translation services as required.
• Assists with transcribing visit information into the medical record and supports clinic workflows.
