Qualifications

• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program or proof of training under a licensed physician.
• Heartsaver AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares exam rooms for patient visit and stocks supplies.
• Escorts patients to exam rooms and assists with patient flow.
• Assists with procedures and treatments under licensed supervision.
• Performs venipuncture and specimen labeling as needed.
• Maintains medical records and coordinates lab work and imaging as directed.
• Handles front desk duties, scheduling, and basic billing coordination.
