Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent or relevant experience.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate on hire.
• Minimum one year work experience in public contact job.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists physicians with patient care, clerical, environmental and organization tasks.
• Schedules appointments and manages patient charts.
• Provides information to patients so they may fully utilize clinic services.
• Conveys a positive image of the organization.
