Mosaic Community Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to join a primary care team. The MA provides direct patient care, supports providers during visits, and helps coordinate appointments, tests, and follow-up care.

Responsibilities include rooming patients, medication reconciliation, and in-office procedures such as EKG and venipuncture. Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of healthcare experience or a related degree, CPR certification, and familiarity with Epic EHR.

Qualificações

• High School/GED or higher required.
• CPR certification required.
• 0-2 years healthcare experience or related degree may be considered in lieu of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-visit chart scrub in EMR, review meds, immunizations, allergies, and preventive care needs.
• Medications, immunizations, and allergy reconciliation.
• Room patients (in person or remote) and support visit planning and care coordination.
• Prepare, administer, and document medications and vaccines; assist with procedures.
• Review plan of care with patient and document in EHR; coordinate follow-up as needed.
