Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the schedule and patient placement in the clinic based on need and assists with procedures.
• Prepares patients for examination and assists with in-office procedures and injections.
• Documents all patient interactions in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Triages patients for appointment intake and gathers medical/social histories.
• Manages schedules for patient care, imaging, and procedures and coordinates authorizations with insurers.
• Performs basic in-office testing and supports infection control and safety standards.
