Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient for visit and provide services as determined by providers.
• Complete Care Connect EMR documentation with accuracy.
• Perform administrative duties and maintain current information in EMR inbox.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and report equipment issues.
• Communicate respectfully with patients and care teams.
• Coordinate with health care team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
