Responsibilities

• Prepares patient charts prior to visits and ensures studies and reports are uploaded.
• Greets and escorts patients to exam rooms.
• Records vital signs and medical history in patient chart.
• Reports abnormal vital signs to physician.
• Coordinates with Specialty Pharmacy for prescriptions.
• Manages patient flow and follow-ups with care team.
• Schedules and reschedules appointments and supports Telehealth visits.
