You will work with the Billing Specialist on patient accounts, insurance claims, and daily billing operations in-office and must be available evenings and weekends.

Position Overview

The Patient Billing Support Specialist provides patient customer service, administrative assistance, and billing support for the Imperium NeuroWellness Department.

This position works closely with the Billing Specialist to assist with patient accounts, insurance claims, payment inquiries, and daily billing operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to providing excellent patient service.

This is a full-time, in-office position that requires availability to work evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Customer Service

• Answer patient questions about billing, account balances, insurance, and payments.
• Provide friendly, professional assistance by phone and email.
• Help resolve patient billing concerns and follow up as needed.

Billing & Insurance Support

• Assist the Billing Specialist with insurance claims, payment posting, and account follow-up.
