Hours

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 6:30 am – 1:00 pm

Wednesday: 12:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Saturday: 7:00 am – 1:00 pm

Primary Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will perform patient vitals, EKG, phlebotomy, and front‑office duties. Experience with insurance and VOB and exercise knowledge is a plus.

Administrative Duties

• Answer and route calls via a multi‑line phone system.
• Conduct follow‑up calls to discuss patient progress and address concerns.
• Refer non‑routine or complex requests to appropriate staff.
• Maintain a friendly environment, greet patients and uphold high service standards.
• Monitor daily inventory levels of clinical and office supplies.
• Scan and upload documents into patient files.
• Train staff on procedures when requested by the office manager or physician.
• Participate in clinic marketing efforts to promote profitability.

Clinical Duties (varied based on credentials)

• Obtain patient vitals, perform EKG, and phlebotomy.
• Administer IM injections.
• Prepare laboratory order forms and obtain results.
• Assist physicians or mid‑level practitioners with referrals.
• Document patient progress notes in EMR.
• Conduct follow‑up calls to discuss progress.
• Perform other clinical duties as required.

Requirements

• Clinical experience in EKG and phlebotomy.
• Prior training in exercise (a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary

$15.00 – $21.00 per hour
