Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent military training.
• One year of outpatient Medical Assistant experience or MA certificate with recent experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Lead on proactively preparing patient charts and ensuring information is up to date for patients seen at the facility.
• Handle multiple patients daily with physicians on-site while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service with empathy, active listening, and a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Greet patients using a scripted introduction and communicate clearly to support workflow.
