If so, Clarkston Medical Group is looking for you to join our TEAM as a Medical Assistant in our Orthopedic and Sports Medicine office! Must have prior experience working as a Medical Assistant!

As a Medical Assistant, your job responsibilities would include but aren't limited to:

1. Taking and recording vital signs and medical histories
2. Preparing patients for examination
3. Drawing blood
4. Administering medications as directed by the physician
5. Authorizing drug refills and providing prescription information to pharmacies
6. Collecting laboratory specimens and preparing them for testing

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Certified Medical Assistant, preferred
3. Athena experience a plus!
4. Prior experience working in Orthopedics, preferred
