Job summary

Premier Physician Network is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for the Clinical Neuroscience Institute-MVHS to join our team in Ohio. This full-time position supports physicians with clinical and procedural tasks, rooming patients, and documenting care.

Responsibilities include seeing upwards of 30 patients daily, performing injections, EKGs, pulmonary function tests, and other duties as assigned, with CPR certification required within the first 3 months of employment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Certified Medical Assistant certification
• Prior experience in ambulatory health care facility preferred
• CPR certification within first 3 months of employment
• Ability to learn related center tasks and assist management and physicians

Responsibilities

• See upwards of 30 patients per day.
• Provide general clinical and procedural patient care under supervision.
• Room patients and collect vitals.
• Perform pulmonary function tests, injections, EKGs, breathing treatments, and lab testing.
• Dressing changes, wound cleaning, hearing and vision tests.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation.
