Job Description

Opportunities available in the following locations:

  • Hebron Primary Care
  • Union Primary Care and Urgent Care

Pay: Based on experience

  • MA I: Starting at $16.24/hr
  • MA II: Starting at $19.19/hr

What Youll Do

  • Escort patients to exam rooms and record vital signs
  • Document patient history and assist during exams
  • Administer medications and perform basic lab tests
  • Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and equipment
  • Handle patient calls, referrals, and scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and HIPAA standards

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required

Preferred Certifications

  • CCMA, CMA, RMA, ARMA, or EMT

Experience

Must meet one of the following:

  • 1 year of experience as MA, CNA, PCA, STNA, or SEH Clinical Care Tech
  • Completion of externship, SEP internship, or EMT certification
  • Degree in Health or Biological Sciences with hands-on training
  • 2+ years as a medical assistant to qualify for MA II

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
