ROUSE EyeCARE CENTER in Lacey, WA is seeking a Medical Assistant / Ophthalmic Technician / Scribe to join our eye care team. The role involves assisting the doctor, taking histories, performing visual tests, and managing EHR tasks in a fast-paced clinic.

No evenings or weekends; tobacco-free workplace. This full-time position offers benefits including PTO, 401K, dental, and vision coverage, with competitive compensation based on experience.

Qualificações

• Experience in ophthalmic settings is a plus but not required.
• Typing and computer skills are a MUST.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the doctor in patient care, including administering eye drops.
• Conduct patient interviews and document histories and complaints.

We are a highly dedicated Eye Care practice serving Lacey, WA and surrounding areas seeking a professional, caring, dedicated person who is proficient in multitasking and communicates well. ROUSE EyeCARE CENTER is dedicated to the highest quality of care to our patients.
^^^ Accurately perform:
**Assisting the doctor in patient care (including administering eye drops)
**Patient interviews (histories, ROS, chief complaints)
**Visual Acuities
**Refraction
**Applanation tonometry
**Visual Fields, SD-OCT, Fundus Photography, Ultrasound: UBM, A- B Scans, Electrophysiology, AR, Pachymetry, Topography, Opt-Align and more.
**Typing and computer skills a MUST!
**Medical knowledge a plus
**Previous experience preferred but not required
**Must be a team player with organizational skills and attention to detail
