Job summary

Alliance OB/GYN is seeking a Full-Time Medical Assistant to join our patient-centered practice in Michigan. You will room patients, take vitals, and document in the medical record, while supporting providers during exams and procedures.

This role includes performing fetal heart tone checks, assisting with non-stress tests for pregnant patients, and delivering strong patient education and service in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• RMA or CMA certification or Medical Assistant certificate/diploma from a credentialed institution.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• OB/GYN experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, take vitals, and document in the medical record.
• Assist providers during exams and procedures.
• Perform fetal heart tone checks.
• Set up and support non-stress tests for pregnant patients.
• Deliver excellent customer service and patient education.
