  • Maintain a clean, stocked clinical environment and assist with patient flow.
  • Perform phlebotomy and prepare specimens for lab transport.
  • Take vital signs and assist with procedures.
  • Provide general clinical support to physicians and staff.
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, and assist with billing.
  • Enter information into the electronic medical record.

Certification/Licensure

Medical Assistant Certification or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) is preferred.

BLS certification is required.
