Join a collaborative Neurology practice where Medical Assistants play an important role in supporting patients with neurological conditions and partnering closely with providers throughout the care experience. We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to support our team onsite at 22 Atwood Drive in Northampton, MA. The practice operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility around shift times.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work at the top of your education and certification while contributing to a specialty care team focused on Neurology. Our vision is for Medical Assistants to develop a strong 1:1 partnership with their assigned provider, build familiarity with neurology-focused workflows, and help create a consistent, supportive experience for patients. Medical Assistants may also rotate occasionally to support practice needs and broaden their experience.
As a Medical Assistant in Neurology, you will support healthcare providers and nursing staff by assisting with both clinical and administrative patient services. You will help ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their visit while helping the practice maintain smooth and efficient daily operations in a specialized care environment.
