Job summary

Texas Health Care PLCC in Willow Park seeks a qualified Medical Assistant to join our outpatient team. You will perform x-rays, assist with procedures, manage patient flow, and support radiology and lab orders in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must have a Medical Assistant diploma or certificate and NCT certification with at least one year of surgical practice. Spanish speaking is preferred but not required; NextGen EHR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have Medical Assistant diploma, certification, or graduate transcript and NCT certification with at minimum one year of recent surgical practice experience.
• NextGen EHR experience is a plus.
• Spanish speaking is not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-rays and assist with procedures/injections.
• Blood draw for PRP procedures and assist with scheduling.
• Clean and stock rooms, supply ordering, and medication refills.
• Process pre-certifications and lab/radiology orders.
• Chart in the EHR and perform various clinical duties as needed.
