AllCare Health in Grants Pass, Oregon is seeking a qualified Medical Assistant to support the AllCare Medical Group on the Mountainview team. You will assist providers, manage patient flow, and coordinate care under physician supervision.
Responsibilities include triage, vital signs, documentation in the EHR, and ensuring accurate patient records. Strong communication, bilingual skills, and HIPAA compliance are valued. Training and a collaborative clinic environment are offered.

Responsible for providing professional care to the patients under the supervision of the provider. Assists provider(s) in coordinating patient care. Functions as the primary liaison between patients and provider.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Has advanced basic computer job skills including logging on to systems, ability to communicate by email, ability to compose documents, enter database information, create presentations, download forms, and preserve/backup important data.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit.
