Carease Health - NJ is seeking a reliable Medical Assistant or CNA to join our team in Williamstown, NJ. The role supports RPM, CCM, and CoCM programs, taking vital signs, assisting with patient care, and coordinating with the clinical team to ensure personalized, accessible care.

You will document patient information in electronic health records, educate patients and families, and contribute to a high-quality preventative care program in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Medical Assistant or CMA/CNA in a healthcare setting.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Reliable and efficient in taking vital signs.
• Strong organizational skills in a high-volume setting.
• Ability to relocate before starting work.

Responsabilités

• Take vital signs, perform basic medical procedures, and assist with patient care.
• Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Utilize technology and electronic health records to document patient information and track progress.
• Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare providers.
