Qualifications

• Certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Minimum 9–12 month commitment.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures.
• Take vital signs and record medical histories/medication lists.
• Provide patient education on treatment plans.
• Perform EKGs and point-of-care testing.
• Handle administrative duties such as prior authorizations.
