You will assist providers with routine care, POCT processing, and fee collection, adhering to clinic protocols and standards. This entry-level position offers exposure across clinics in the Kansas City region.

• Less than 1 year applicable experience.

• Manage patient flow through the clinic to support a positive patient experience.
• Assist providers with patient registration, rooming, and vitals documentation in the EMR per clinic protocol.
• Process point-of-care testing (POCT) and collect fees as assigned.
• Perform other clinic duties as assigned.

The Medical Assistant ensures smooth operations within the clinic with the goal of providing a positive patient experience with every customer encounter. Responsible for the overall patient flow through the clinic providing excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor at all times. Assists providers in delivery of professional medical care including but not limited to patient registratio, rooming patients ,vitals documentation in the EMR per clinic protocol, processing POCT, collection of fees and other clinic duties as assigned.
