Spring View Regional Hospital in Lebanon, KY, is seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) to support Physician Services. You will perform routine clinical and administrative duties, take vital signs, document patient history, and update the EHR, under supervision.

Qualified candidates have a High School diploma, accredited Medical Assisting program, CMA/CCMA/RMA cert, current BLS within 30 days, and at least 6 months MA experience; phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs routine clinical and administrative duties in support of assigned area or office.
• Take vital signs, document patient history, and update electronic health records (EHR).
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, and administering medications or injections.
• Perform basic lab tasks, prepare specimens, and maintain clean, stocked exam rooms.
• Support front office and patient care coordination, including scheduling, insurance verification, and patient education.

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program preferred. Additional requirements include:

• CMA, CCMA, or RMA certification required
• Current BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• At least 6 months of experience as a Medical Assistant is required.
• Previous phlebotomy experience is preferred.
