HSHS Medical Group seeks a patient‑focused Medical Assistant for the Maryville, IL outpatient clinic. The role involves rooming patients, performing basic assessments, and coordinating care in a full‑time setting. A MA program completion is required, with optional prior MA experience considered.
BLS may be required within 60 days. The clinic offers a generous benefits package and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Accounting for experience and certifications, the pay range is $19.00 to $27.55 per hour,
Pay Range: $19.00 - $27.55. A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

Completion from an accredited Medical Assistant program is required.
1 or more years of Medical Assistant experience may be considered in lieu of completion of program per department discretion.
One year of clinical experience - Preferred
Medical Assistant (MA) Certification/Registration required or must be obtained within 90 days of start date from one of the following credentialing organizations:
