Job Description

This role is open to both Certified Medical Assistant and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) candidates!

Medical Assistant

This is a fast-paced, supportive, and rewarding environment where you'll work alongside providers and teammates, helping patients and keeping the clinic running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Getting Patients Ready: Prep charts, check vitals, and set the stage for care.
  • Hands-On Clinical Work: Administer meds, give immunizations, collect specimens, assist with minor procedures like wound care and suture removal.
  • Tech Skills & Detail-Oriented: Keep patient records up to date in our EMR system.
  • Team Player: Support providers, participate in team huddles, and help maintain clinic efficiency.
  • Patient Education: Explain treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care to patients.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, NRCMA, or CCMA) required at hire and maintained
  • Current BLS Certification or ability to obtain before start
  • Knowledge of POCT, Immunizations, Injections
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and EMR systems
  • Radiology certification (if X-ray functions are required)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Provide compassionate nursing care under RN supervision in various settings including acute, long-term, home health, and ambulatory care. Support patient recovery, daily care, and administer treatments, making a difference daily.

What You'll Do:
  • Deliver nursing care in different healthcare environments
  • Perform assessments, collect data, and document care
  • Administer medications and treatments following protocols
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to support patients
  • Follow Missouri State Board of Nurse Practice Act standards
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
  • Current Missouri practical nurse license
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
