Job Description

This role is open to both Certified Medical Assistant and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) candidates.

For Medical Assistant candidates:

• Assist with patient prep, vital checks, and clinical procedures such as administering meds, immunizations, and assisting with minor procedures.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
• Support providers and educate patients about treatments and follow-up care.

Qualifications for Medical Assistant:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, NRCMA, or CCMA) – required at hire and maintained.
• Current BLS Certification or ability to obtain before start date.
• Knowledge of POCT, immunizations, injections, and radiology (if applicable).
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and EMR systems.

For Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) candidates:

• Provide compassionate nursing care under RN supervision across various settings.
• Perform assessments, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with healthcare team.
• Must hold a current LPN license in Missouri and BLS certification.
