Job Description

This role is open to both Certified Medical Assistant and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) candidates!

Medical Assistant

This is a fast-paced, supportive, and rewarding environment. You'll work alongside providers and teammates, helping patients feel their best while keeping the clinic running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patient charts, check vitals, and set the stage for care
  • Administer medications, give immunizations, collect specimens, and assist with procedures
  • Maintain accurate patient records in our EMR system
  • Support providers, participate in team huddles, and ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Educate patients about treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, NRCMA, or CCMA) at the time of hire
  • Current BLS certification or ability to obtain before starting
  • Knowledge of POCT, immunizations, and injections
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and EMR systems
  • Radiology certification (if applicable)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

As an LPN, you'll provide compassionate nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse in various settings, including acute care, long-term care, home health, and ambulatory care. Your role involves patient assessments, administering medications, and documenting care, making a difference every day.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care in diverse healthcare settings
  • Perform assessments, collect data, and document care
  • Administer medications and treatments following protocols
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members
  • Follow the Missouri State Board of Nurse Practice Act standards
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
  • Current Missouri practical nurse license
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BCLS)
