Shift: M-F 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM; Sat & Sun 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Job Description

Provides basic clinical and clerical support within the scope of a Medical Assistant, with ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications
  • Diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program, or active CT CNA, EMT, Paramedic, or Medic certification, or relevant experience.
  • Certified BLS Provider credential from the American Heart Association, obtained within 3 months of hire.
  • All credentials must be maintained throughout employment.
Experience
  • At least one year of direct patient care experience may substitute for educational requirements.
  • Experience or externship in a busy medical office preferred.
  • EPIC EMR experience preferred.
Additional Information

Primarily seeking weekend coverage in a facility using advanced technology to provide patient care, including virtual clinician support.
